Ron Shoham is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cardo Holdings, a global platform for Liquid, Alternative, and Real Estate investments with offices in Tel Aviv and New York. Mr. Shoham has over 15 years of experience in several executive roles in the Israeli financial industry. He joined the Clarity group in April 2014 and co-founded Cardo in 2016. Prior to Cardo/Clarity, Mr. Shoham held senior positions at Meitav-Dash, DS Investments, and Migdal Capital Markets. Mr. Shoham has been an active advocate for global asset allocation. During his tenure as a Managing Director at DS Investments, Ron was one of the founding partners of Israel’s largest global FoF, with an AUM of US $700 million. Ron’s philanthropic work includes a NGO he founded and manages focused on helping at-risk youth in Israel. Ron holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Jerusalem College of Engineering.
Amir Leybovitch is Chairman at Cardo Holdings and Chief Executive Officer for clarity capital. Prior to joining Clarity Capital, Amir served as Head of Trading and Risk Management at E4X, a firm specializing in currency trading and hedging. He began his finance career at Bank Hapoalim where he most recently served as a Senior Trader on the Currency and Commodities desks. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Economics from Bar Ilan University.
Simona Cohen is Cardo’s Chief Financial Officer and in charge of all budget and financial accounting within Clarity Capital. Prior to joining the firm, Simona worked for Elad Group in New York for three years as a controller, responsible for a range of financial and tax reporting. She also worked with Ernst Young for almost seven years in the United States and Israel, serving as a manager for audits of Private Equity Funds and Venture Capital Funds. Simona is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BA in Finance and Business Administration from the College of Management.
Adi Birk is the Chief compliance Officer and General Legal counsel of Clarity Capital Group. Before joining the Clarity Capital team Adi worked at Polar Investments Ltd. as a General Counsel and Management Committee Member. Before Polar Investments Adi was an associate at Herzog, Fox & Neeman considered one of Israel's top law firms. Adi holds bachelors in Law and Economics from Tel Aviv University and a MBA also for Tel Aviv University.
