Ron is a business builder with over two decades of experience spanning capital formation, asset management, M&A, and financial markets. He has raised over $7 billion across funds, direct investments, and co-investments, and brings deep interdisciplinary expertise across real estate, infrastructure, financing, and structuring.
Prior to founding CARDO, Ron was Managing Director at DS Investments & Securities (Dash), one of Israel’s largest asset managers, where he built and led the firm’s mutual funds platform. He was also a founding partner of Israel’s largest global Fund of Funds, with over $1 billion in AUM.
Earlier in his career, Ron held senior roles at leading Israeli financial institutions, including Meitav-Dash and Migdal Capital Markets.
Beyond his professional work, Ron founded Matzpen L’Chaim, an NGO supporting at-risk youth in Israel, where he has served as CEO for over a decade.
Ron holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Jerusalem College of Engineering.
